1. Who We Are

This website, orchid-duck-400597.hostingersite.com, is operated by Zavri Legal ("Zavri", "we", "us", "our"), a marketing and legal introduction service based in England and Wales.

Zavri Legal — What We Are and What We Are Not
  1. Zavri Legal IS:    A marketing and introduction service./  An operator of an online platform connecting clients to regulated solicitors. A non-authorised body for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 2007.
  2. Zavri Legal IS NOT: A law firm Authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Providing legal advice, legal services, or representation.

Enquiries submitted through this website are directed to Zavri Legal, which passes them to Londonium Chambers Limited or other SRA-authorised firms in our network (together, the "Network Firms").

Londonium Chambers Limited is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA ID: 620622) and is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08760171), with its registered office at 1-13 Adler Street, London, E1 1EG.

Your legal services contract will be with the Network Firm that accepts your matter — not with Zavri Legal. Zavri Legal has no role in the conduct or management of your legal matter once it has been referred.

2. How to Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, our services, or our introduction arrangements, you can contact us as follows:

Zavri Legal — Contact Details
    1. Website:   https://orchid-duck-400597.hostingersite.com

    2. Email:     [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS]

    3. Address:   [INSERT REGISTERED OR CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS]

    4. Hours:     [INSERT BUSINESS HOURS]

If your query relates to a legal matter already in progress, you should contact the Network Firm handling your case directly — Zavri Legal does not manage active legal matters.

3. Our Introducer Model

Zavri Legal operates as an introducer and marketing service. We generate enquiries from consumers and businesses seeking legal help through our website, advertising, and content. We then introduce those enquiries to Network Firms — currently Londonium Chambers Limited and, where applicable, other SRA-authorised firms with whom we have a written referral agreement.

How the process works
  1. You submit an enquiry through our website describing your legal issue.
  2. Zavri Legal reviews your enquiry and determines which Network Firm is best placed to assist.
  3. We pass your details and enquiry to that Network Firm.
  4. The Network Firm contacts you, carries out its own client due diligence (including identity verification), and — if it agrees to act — sends you a client care letter and terms of engagement.
  5. Your legal matter is then managed entirely by the Network Firm under its own SRA obligations. Zavri Legal has no further role in the conduct of your matter.

You are under no obligation to instruct the Network Firm to which you are introduced. You may at any time choose to seek legal advice elsewhere.

4. SRA Referral Disclosure

In accordance with paragraphs 5.1 and 5.2 of the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors (2019, as amended) and the SRA Code of Conduct for Firms (as updated April 2025), we are required to make the following disclosures to you.

4.1  Financial arrangement

A financial arrangement exists between Zavri Legal and the Network Firms. Zavri Legal receives a marketing services fee from the Network Firm in connection with matters that are successfully referred and instructed. This fee is paid by the Network Firm, not by you. It does not affect the price you pay for your legal services.

4.2  Your right to independent advice

The existence of this referral arrangement does not affect the Network Firm's duty to act in your best interests. The Network Firm is independently regulated by the SRA and owes you the full duties of a regulated solicitor, regardless of how your matter was introduced.

4.3  Your freedom of choice

You are not required to use any firm introduced through Zavri Legal. You are free to instruct any solicitor of your choice. The Law Society's Find a Solicitor directory at solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk provides a free tool to find SRA-regulated solicitors by location and practice area.

4.4  Personal injury and criminal matters

In accordance with Sections 56 to 60 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO), Zavri Legal does not accept or refer personal injury or death claims. Referral fees in connection with personal injury claims are prohibited by law. Zavri Legal also does not accept or refer matters involving clients who are the subject of active criminal proceedings.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Network Firm's terms of engagement in respect of the conduct of your legal matter, the Network Firm's terms shall prevail.

15.1  What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect personal information including your name, contact details, and details of your legal issue. We also collect technical data about your use of our website through cookies and analytics tools.

15.2  How we use your data

We use your personal data to: process and respond to your legal enquiry; introduce you to an appropriate Network Firm; comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and improve our website and services. Full details of how we use your data are set out in our Privacy Policy at orchid-duck-400597.hostingersite.com/privacy-policy-2/.

15.3  Sharing your data

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to Zavri Legal sharing your personal data with the relevant Network Firm for the purpose of processing your legal enquiry. The Network Firm will process your data in accordance with its own privacy policy and data protection obligations as an independent data controller.

15.4  Your rights

You have rights under UK GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Clause 2. Full details of your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. Cooling-Off Rights for Consumers

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, or profession), you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

16.1  Cancellation of your enquiry with Zavri Legal

You may withdraw your enquiry from Zavri Legal at any time before we have introduced you to a Network Firm. To do so, contact us using the details in Clause 2. There is no charge for withdrawing an enquiry at this stage.

16.2  Cancellation of legal services with the Network Firm

Your right to cancel the legal services contract with the Network Firm is governed by the Network Firm's own terms of engagement, which will be sent to you in their client care letter. Where statutory cooling-off rights apply, the Network Firm will notify you of the applicable period (typically 14 calendar days from the date of the contract).

16.3  Where work has already started

If you have asked the Network Firm to begin work immediately and you then cancel within the cooling-off period, you will be liable to pay for any work already carried out up to the point of cancellation. The Network Firm will confirm the position in its client care letter.

17. Our Liability to You

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Zavri Legal's liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

17.1  Zavri Legal's limited role

Zavri Legal is an introducer only. We accept no liability whatsoever for: the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any legal services provided by a Network Firm; the conduct of any solicitor within a Network Firm; or any loss, damage, or expense arising from your legal matter once it has been referred to a Network Firm. All professional liability for the conduct of your legal matter rests solely with the Network Firm handling it, which is independently regulated by the SRA.

17.2  Website content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content on this website. The content is provided for general information only and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

17.3  Business users

If you are using this website in the course of a business, we exclude all liability for: loss of profits; loss of business; loss of revenue; loss of data; business interruption; and any indirect, special, or consequential loss, however arising.

17.4  Consumer users

If you are a consumer, our total liability to you in connection with your use of this website (excluding the conduct of your legal matter, which is the responsibility of the Network Firm) shall not exceed £100.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and respond in full within 20 business days.
